Events with different Animals or pets which stayed or lasted not long enough to be called as pets.
Dogs:
Never had one really ,But heard we had one long before i came to senses .
some years back a 1 day old handicapped puppy was abandoned by its mother in an half constructed house.
I tried saving him by feeding milk ,water.It did last for 2 days before it gave up on me.It did saddened me .
Fishes:
Had them for few days ,They were actually bought for a Sunday lunch feast.But i insisted in
keeping them and successfully retained them in the small drum for a week.But eventually they were feasted upon.
Turtle :
It was a nomad traveler i guess .Which visited my place one rainy morning ,it stayed with me for a week.
I feeded tomatoes,cabbage and garbage in a half water filled tank.But another rainy day it took on to its
feet when tank overflowed.I lost him.
Birds:
Different species of birds which got hurt due to sudden climatic change or a sudden heavy downpour of rain used to
camp in our house as refugees.But after recuperating they used to fly off with out any courtesy .
Rabbit:
We had 2 of the brown jungle rabbit species.One fine morning they were not seen anywhere in the house.
But an open window said it all,cat feasted on those rabbits.
Squirrel:
My chase to catch them used to go in vain ,Until this day when i caught 2 of the young squirrels(new borns).
But freed them (i think i acted like a dog running behind cars ,never knew what to do after catching one).
P.S squirrel's tail is very sensitive so never rely on it to catch one ,It will get detached like a pens cap.
Rats/Rodents/Mouse:
They created mayhem in the books cupboard and needed a quick evacuation and quarantine strategy
so i was on mission to corner and catch them,one i safeguarded it in a bottle with a lid and it died the other day.
Other one bit my hand when i was prowling/pushing it to enter another bottle .
P.S. Used Whiskey bottles,their mouths were perfect replica of mouse borrow passages. :)
Frog:
Did autopsies on frogs :) ,Yes i had a partner in this crime .We used to get them to sleep by injecting camlin ink dosages.
No they never died of ink dosages(High/low).
P.S. Throw a paper ball at them like a fly They pouch onto them like a real fly(Try it). :)
Cats:
If you miss 2 consecutive throws to hit an easy target , then third try will always get a big Booing.
A cat did the same to me when my initial 2 attempts went for a toss and the third attempt was not booed
literally ,But carelessness it showed towards my attempt was louder then a boo .
Cows/Buffaloes:
Domestic species and our livelihood.
Others: Goats,Butterflies,Dragon fly and more ...
